The renovation preserved the essence of the original structure while incorporating fresh, contemporary exteriors to blend with the scenic lakefront. The project faced significant challenges, including unifying multiple connected buildings into a cohesive structure, upgrading the building to meet current energy codes, and enhancing the exterior aesthetic to reflect a modern lakeside lifestyle.
